Opportunities at Talkspace

At Talkspace, we have two types of opportunities for therapists to join: a full-time, W-2 salaried role and a 1099-independent contract role. Learn more about the two role types and how they differ.

National Practice Partner (NPP):

The NPP role is a full-time salaried position where you’ll get to focus on the therapeutic relationship providing therapy while Talkspace handles the billing, insurance, and marketing so you don’t have to. As an NPP, you’ll get full-time benefits like a 401k program, health insurance, pet insurance, life insurance and disability, a wellness stipend, parental leave, PTO, holiday and mental health time off.
