She’s the host of the “Intimate Knowledge” podcast. She’s appeared on the cover of many fitness, lifestyle, and fashion magazines.
She also has a fitness app that focuses on both physical and mental health.
Brooke is known for doing a lot of things–modeling, acting, hosting, and fitness. She’s also a busy mom. But she makes it clear that she makes self-care a top priority in her life.
She focuses a lot on the importance of caring for her mind as well as her body. Although she could easily stick to just teaching people how to exercise their bodies, she also incorporatesmental strengthexercises into her work.

Brooke takes a very matter-of-fact approach with managing mental health. She makes it clear that we shouldn’t wait to practice self-care once we’re already sick. We should get proactive about taking care of our mental and physical health now.
She also talks about incorporating spirituality into her work. Spirituality can be a huge component in improving your mental health and in building mental strength.
