Building mental strength involves choosing to do exercises that help you think, feel, and do your best. Activities like journaling, talking to a therapist, and exercising can all build mental strength, regardless of whether you have a mental health problem.
Kyle is proof that anyone can develop a mental health problem. Despite being an elite athlete who knows how to perform on the court under pressure, he struggled withpanic attacksandgeneralized anxiety. But he also shows how to take the steps necessary to manage anxiety in a healthy way.
