Instead, you wanted toknow how to set better boundaries, how to deal with people who don’t meet your expectations, and how to addresscommunication difficulties.
So those are some of the things we talk about on today’s show. They’re great questions because the people around you affect your mental strength.
While you can’t change other people, you can certainly influence them. You can also choose how you respond to them.
